One-derful!

Santa was running a tad late this morning. The helicopter was in use for an actual mission so his arrival was a bit delayed (understandably). But Cash and Tupp both did a good job of waiting patiently.

While the arrival is awesome, the actual Santa experience left something to be desired, in large part to the sense of rush (which, given the amount of people in attendance is understandable, though not enjoyable).
And Santa refused to hold Tupp. So I made Cash hold her instead. Luckily I'm pretty fast at snapping a picture so we were out of there lickady split.
But everyone enjoyed the little Santa gifts. Cash got a helicopter and Tupp loves her monkey (as she does anything that's plush).

She's walking pretty well inside now, but outside is still a little overwhelming. She's a bit on the tentative side as far as exploring out of doors.

A reshoot in the daylight:

Happy Birthday! She loves oreos now.
I think she wasn't sure about this guy, but after she realized what it did she would hand it to us so we would make it sing for her. She also likes gnawing on it's ears and nose.

New shoes! All ready for church tomorrow.
I know I should stick these in the correct order, but it's well past my bedtime. You get the idea though.

Much love to our family, and so glad that Tupp is a part of it. Reminisced a bit tonight about this time a year ago and I have to say I don't have a single bad or unpleasant memory. Having Tupp is a joy! Hoping for much happiness and health for our little one as she continues her joyful journey.
