Cash turned eight months on Tuesday but he's ahead of the game already. The running joke is he's in the 95th percentile, though technically just in height. We've decided that applies to everything though and is our catch-all for his amazing feats.
I was reading about all of the movement, speech, hand, etc. milestones in the baby book the doctor gives you at the first visit (for birth through five years of age; and this book is so big you could kill someone with it). From eight to twelve months he's supposed to start sitting up unsupported,
pull himself up to standing,
We checked him yesterday and he's up to 19 pounds. I didn't get an exact measurement with height yet; kind of need two people to do that one because of all the squirming.
Some other things Cash does as of eight months are: turns pages in a book,
Cash's food horizons are broadening every day. He's eating sweet potatoes, green beans, peas, carrots, corn, lentils, butternut squash, apples, bananas, peaches, pears, grapes, strawberries, avacados, rice, barley, and oatmeal. So many more foods to add...
You may notice that our eight month pictures are on the less fantabulous side. Being that Cash is more mobile he's not as cooperative a subject these days...
It's been dreadfully hot again here, which just means more swimming experiences. Love to you all!
